JOB TITLEFood Category Associate | MAF Retail | Corporate Head OfficeROLE SUMMARYThe Category Associate is responsible for providing support for the coordination of activities for the Merchandising function. The role holder will also be responsible for supporting collaboration between Merchandising and other business units.ROLE PROFILE
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors locally and internationally as required
- Work closely with the relevant teams to provide accurate stock availability records
- Assist content teams to ensure products have required contents as directed by Sales Development
- Support Merchandising function with conducting research required by the Merchandising team using a variety of data sources
- Collect and develop information based on the processes of the function that can be used by the Merchandising team and record it into the relevant information system
- Retrieve corporate documents, records, reports and maintain records management database system
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
