Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
Ensure that the outlets meets all sanitation and safety regulations.
Managing restaurant staff\'s work schedules.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant.
Monitoring the restaurant\'s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
Resolving guests complaints.
Qualifications
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
