To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet, "in person" and Anantara App enquiriesTo ensure that all reservations are recorded with full and clear information and placed in the system promptlyUpselling private dinner and restaurant offerTo create daily floor sheet detailing reservationsTo have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations including all F&B menus to ensure promptness customer enquiry responseLias all F&B related operations to all Restaurant Managers and/or F&B Manager for any changes, challenges and special eventsQualifications
- At least 1 year experience in the same role in a luxury resort or hotel
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for details to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service and upselling skills
- Great communication skills
