Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager - Speciality Outlet to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the speciality outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Job Responsibility: - Lead and manage the daily operations of the speciality outlet, including but not limited to employee supervision, inventory management, and budget control. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction. - Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently met or exceeded. - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations. - Manage and monitor the speciality outlet\'s financial performance, including budgeting, costing, and sales analysis. - Train, develop, and motivate the team to provide personalized and engaging customer experiences. - Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape to recommend innovative ideas and enhancements. - Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations and laws.
Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a hotel or high-end restaurant. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team. - Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food preparation, menu creation, and beverage service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff. - Proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. - Strong business acumen and financial awareness. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
