Job Description
Kids HQ is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations across all its UAE branches.
Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: All UAE branches (Sharjah, Ras al Khaima & Dubai)
Experience: 4 - 5 years
Job duties:
• Responsible for overseeing all operations of the Food & Beverage, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability.
• Managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, achieving financial goals, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the F&B department.
• Control costs, including labor, food, and operational expenses, while maximizing revenue.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and cafe team to align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service standards.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all F&B outlets, kitchens, and equipment.
