This includes maintaining high standards of quality and service, maximizing profitability, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement F&B strategies: Create and execute strategies to enhance Bab Al Shams\' food and beverage offerings, including menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Budgeting and financial planning: Prepare and manage the F&B department\'s annual budget at Bab Al Shams, ensuring revenue and expense targets are met. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Menu planning and development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams at Bab Al Shams to design menus that cater to guests\' preferences and meet the hotel\'s quality standards. Regularly review and update menus based on market trends and customer feedback.
Quality control and guest satisfaction: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service at Bab Al Shams. Monitor guest feedback and respond to complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Inventory management: Oversee procurement and inventory control at Bab Al Shams to ensure an adequate supply of quality ingredients and beverages. Implement effective stock rotation and minimize waste to optimize cost efficiency.
Compliance with health and safety regulations: Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene standards at Bab Al Shams. Train staff on proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
Staff recruitment and training: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff at Bab Al Shams, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. Foster a positive work environment, provide ongoing training, and address performance issues as needed.

Experience & Educational Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
