Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Checks the accuracy of the guest\'s reservations, order and other requests.
Visits the guests in the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Opera
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
At least 2 years experience working on a similar role.
Hospitality background is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
