Job Purpose:
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, implementing protocols to protect customer and employee health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain hygiene protocols.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for compliance.
• Monitor food storage temperatures and equipment.
• Train staff on hygiene practices.
• Investigate and resolve hygiene-related issues.
• Maintain relationships with health authorities.
• Stay updated on hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain standards.
• Conduct hygiene audits and prepare reports.
• Assist in developing hygiene policies.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Food Science or related field.
• Food Hygiene and Safety certification.
• Knowledge of local hygiene regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience preferred.
