In the context of direct placement, we are currently searching for several full-time Team Leaders (m/f/x) in the Restaurant Service for a luxury hotel in Dubai from December 2024. Bevezet\xc5\x91

How about making it happen in a new luxury hotel opening abroad, with varied tasks and gaining international contacts? Develop your professional skills in the hotel industry, during your time, with a series of trainings and courses! Feladatok
- Management and administration of the restaurant business at the highest level
- Active cooperation in the restaurant
- First point of contact for guests
- Daily motivation of the service team to deliver top performance
- Creating a positive working atmosphere and training of the team
- Constant exchange with the kitchen and all other hotel departments
- Compliance with hotel safety and fire protection regulations as well as all health and safety regulations
- Completed education in the restaurant or hotel industry and at least 2 years of professional experience in service
- Extensive knowledge of wine, drinks and food
- Good knowledge of English (fluent, active)
- Confidence, a sense of responsibility and a structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Willingness to work full-time and in shifts for at least 6 months
- knowledge of another international language is an advantage
- A permanent employment by our client
