Food & Beverage Supervisor -
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor (preferably with hotels back ground) to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train staff (servers, bartenders, kitchen staff) to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage day-to-day operations , ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory , place orders, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints , and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist in menu planning and suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate POS transactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication , and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol service laws.
