City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas.
• Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to meet guest needs.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
