Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities :
• Greet and seat customers promptly and professionally.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and offer recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation practices.
Qualifications :
• Prior experience as a Food and Beverage Server or in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
