Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction; Develop and implement strategies to optimize menu offerings, inventory management, and cost control; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations; Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement; Analyze sales, customer feedback, and market trends to improve service delivery and product offerings; Lead, train, and motivate teams to enhance performance and maintain high service standards; Implement digital solutions and process improvements to streamline operations; Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives. Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; 5-10+ years of experience in food and beverage management, hospitality operations, or restaurant consulting; Strong knowledge of F&B industry standards, cost control, and operational best practices; Experience in large-scale hospitality projects, catering management, or fine dining is a plus; Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to travel to the Middle East, with full accommodation and transportation provided; Knowledge of Arabic is not required but is considered an asset.
