Job Brief:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced female Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee and optimise all aspects of our Nutrition Corner operations. Our concept revolves around delivering delicious, tasty, and guilt-free food that helps our members achieve their fitness and body goals without sacrificing taste. The ideal candidate will possess nutritional knowledge, particularly regarding calories and macronutrient breakdown, to ensure our promise of balanced and satisfying meals.

As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances. Your primary objective will be to maximise sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. By implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Nutrition Corner and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements to meet nutritional standards.

Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.

Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.

Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.

Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment emphasising motivation and teamwork.

Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.

Build positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.

Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs.

Assist with marketing events and initiatives.

Create and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven food and beverage management experience.

Nutritional knowledge, particularly in calories and macronutrient breakdown.

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.

Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.

Guest-oriented and service-minded.

A culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
