Monitor restaurant inventory and supplies, and proactively communicate any shortages, such as linens or glassware, to the appropriate parties.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and other food and beverage (F&B) outlets within the establishment.
Serve guests in conference rooms or other F&B outlets as needed, ensuring seamless service across different settings.
Take guest orders, provide detailed explanations of the menu, and offer informed recommendations to assist guests in their decision-making.
Consult with management for guidance on special requests or complex situations.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure clear communication of guest orders, particularly regarding any special dietary requests or preferences.
Consistently upsell food and beverage items, informing guests of current promotions and offers.
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and bread as needed to meet guest requests.
Provide service at parties and receptions when required, delivering a high standard of hospitality.
Handle payments and complete end-of-service paperwork as necessary.
Serve guests food and beverage needs attentively and efficiently throughout their stay, maintaining high standards of service.
Assist with taking reservations, working closely with the supervisor and hostess/host to accommodate special guest requests.
Undertake cleaning tasks during and after service to maintain a pristine environment.
Ensure that all guest areas are kept in immaculate condition at all times.

Desired Skill & Expertise:
A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience is required.
Preferably, experience in high-volume F&B operations is highly desirable.
