Operational Management:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Monitor service standards to ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all food and beverage areas are adequately staffed and equipped.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals, promotions, and special events.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of events and dining areas as required.
Staff Management:
• Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring food and beverage staff.
• Schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage while managing labor costs.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
• Address employee conflicts and resolve issues promptly.
Guest Experience:
• Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any complaints or concerns.
• Gather guest feedback to improve service and offerings.
• Promote special offers, events, or loyalty programs to guests.
Financial Management:
• Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, including guest bills, payments, and reconciliations.
Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality in all food and beverage areas.
• Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and local laws.
Strategic Contributions:
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop menus, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvements.
• Assist in driving revenue and maintaining cost efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
