Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including seating, food and beverage service, and table clean-up. Maintain inventory control and ensure proper ordering and storage of food and beverages. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Contribute to creating and maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area. Assist in staff training and development. Prepare schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts. Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.
