Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Ensure accuracy of orders and address any guest concerns or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service. Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Qualifications/Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Working Environments Restaurant setting with potential exposure to heat and noise. Regular standing, walking, and carrying of trays may be required. Interaction with guests and colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
