Job Title : Manual Paper Bag Pasting and Folding Worker (Female)

Job Summary :

We are looking for female workers to join our production team in the assembly of high-quality paper bags. The worker will be responsible for pasting, folding, and assembling paper bags by hand, ensuring they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced, manual production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pasting and Folding : Manually fold and paste paper bags following set guidelines and dimensions.
• Quality Control : Inspect the paper bags for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging.
• Packaging : Pack completed paper bags into bundles for shipment or storage.
• Machine Operation (If Applicable) : Operate simple hand tools or machines (such as glue guns or fold presses) used in the bag-making process.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the workstation clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production goals.
• Handling Materials : Cut, trim, and prepare materials like paper sheets or adhesive as needed.
• Adherence to Instructions : Follow all specified instructions for the paper bag design, folding, and pasting to ensure uniformity and accuracy.
• Report Issues : Notify supervisors of any issues, defects, or machinery malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Education : No formal educational requirements; however, basic literacy and numeracy are beneficial.
• Experience : Prior experience in manual assembly work, particularly in paper bag production or similar industries, is preferred but not required.
• Skills :
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
• Communication : Basic communication skills to report any problems or issues to supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, especially in paper product assembly.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a factory or production setting.

Working Conditions :

• Work Hours : Full-time, with the possibility of overtime depending on production demands.
• Work Environment : Factory or production facility with exposure to a fast-paced, noisy environment.
• Location : Ajman
