- Organize and supervise shifts for front of the house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation
- Maintain restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
