Job Information**Role:** FOC (Fiber Optic Cable) Supervisor**Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Supervise FOC installation teams and subcontractors on-site.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and termination of fiber optic cables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FOC installation and connectivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret and implement design specifications.
• Monitor and manage inventory of FOC materials and equipment.
• Conduct training sessions for FOC installation teams on safety and best practices.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.

**Requirements:**

• Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an FOC Supervisor in telecommunications projects.
• Knowledge of FOC installation techniques, splicing, and termination.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for fiber optic networks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement design drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in fiber optic testing equipment and tools.
• Understanding of safety protocols related to FOC installation.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfortable working in various project environments, including construction sites and telecommunications facilities.
