Support Crew/s decisions relative to customer satisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Trains on-the-job skills and knowledge. Certify each employee on his/her tasks.\xc2\xb7 Achieves customer satisfaction and rooms revenue goals by supervising Front Office Crews.\xc2\xb7 Is proficient in all Front Office procedures.\xc2\xb7 Uses coaching techniques and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Prepares technical equipment list weekly, brings needs for repair to the attention of the Front Office Manager.\xc2\xb7 Assist the Lead Rooms in the Front office operation and validate all the Standards and Procedure for the department.\xc2\xb7 Supervises and participates in the prompt and courteous check-in, check-out and guest services.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that guest mail and messages are delivered promptly.\xc2\xb7 Informs the Lead Rooms on VIP guests and returning guests, and follows-up on VIP lists and room blockings.\xc2\xb7 Room checks for arrivals and request amenities for VIP.\xc2\xb7 Checks rates relevant to booking.\xc2\xb7 Blocks rooms, checks support i.e. TA, Billing letters, Tour, comp/upgrade-request.\xc2\xb7 Audits and follows up room detail report on sleep-out with luggage, without luggage.\xc2\xb7 Handles all incoming reservations by internet, telephone and faxes after office hours, and on Public holidays.\xc2\xb7 Completes all forms in cases of accident or theft in the hotel during the shift.\xc2\xb7 Comply with the CID Procedure.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.\xc2\xb7 Working proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.\xc2\xb7 Develops and implements strategies where key front office metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are effectively maintained in line with defined initiatives & targets.\xc2\xb7 Effectively manages the life cycle of the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting promoting the company culture and values.\xc2\xb7 Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled and that target productivity and performance levels are attained\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications/activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.\xc2\xb7 Establish and deliver an effective planned guest engagement program, including environmental and conservation matters, which may include working with internal and external stakeholders on adhoc projects.\xc2\xb7 Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as requiredAre you REDy?We don\xe2\x80\x99t need experience but we do need personality.
