We are looking for a dynamic and experienced FMCG Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling wholesale operations, managing a team, providing training and mentoring, and analyzing market trends. The ability to work under pressure and a valid driving license are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage wholesale operations and sales activities.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle procurement processes to ensure product availability and inventory control.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the Foodstuff sector.
• Proven experience in managing wholesale operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent training and mentoring abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driving license.
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
