Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma / Equivalent - Mechanical Engineering
1 years in facilities or maintenance roles, with some supervisory experience.
Technical Expertise - HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS/EMS; preventive maintenance and compliance knowledge.
Leadership, communication, problem-solving, scheduling, and budgeting.
Fresher - Immediately joiner
