coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and operations of various facilities

•JOB OBJECTIVES •

• Check the premises regularly to ensure security
• Record and report emergencies
• Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
• Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs
• Evaluate existing systems
• Identify technical problems
• Monitor planned preventive maintenance
• Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
• Carry out inspections of the facility
• Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed
• Document lost and found items
• Perform random checks
• Participate in emergency planning

•EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE •

• Work experience as an Supervisor
• Problem solving and team leading
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to speak both English and Arabic
• Graduate of Bachelors Degree or Higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• General admin matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
