FM & OA Audit Manager Dubai - Office Based 25,000 - 30,000 AEDOur client is a leading Real Estate Developer; As an Audit Manager for a Facilities Management, Owner Association & security, your responsibilities encompass overseeing the auditing processes related to the management and maintenance of buildings and facilities.Facilities Management Responsibilities -\xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive audit plans and strategies for the Facility Management, considering organizational objectives, scope, timelines, and risk factors. \xc2\xb7 Identify key audit areas, objectives, methodologies, and resource requirements for effective audit execution. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance & testing of swimming pool works, MEP services, Civil finishes etc. in the building \xc2\xb7 Audit for Snags Identification, Rectifications & tracking records for the same \xc2\xb7 Identify and assess risks associated with facility management activities including financial, operational, and compliance risks. \xc2\xb7 Execution of audits, which involves conducting site inspections, reviewing documentation, and assessing compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.Owners Association Responsibilities -\xc2\xb7 Conducting financial audits to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This includes reviewing financial statements, budgets, expenditures, and reserves to identify any irregularities or discrepancies. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the BOA (Building owner's association) complies with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing property management, homeowners associations, and real estate in the UAE.This involves staying updated on legislative changes and ensuring that the BOAs policies and procedures align with legal requirements. \xc2\xb7 Owner's association managers must also be familiar with laws and regulations that pertain to associations and other regulatory bodies like RERA, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, Empower etc.
