Facility Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance activities for all facilities under Emaar Entertainment. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all areas, including entertainment venues, offices, and common spaces.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Preventive Maintenance Programs: Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities. Develop schedules and checklists for routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans for facilities, including fire evacuation procedures and first aid protocols. Conduct regular drills to ensure staff readiness.
Budget Contribution: Assist in the development and management of the facilities management budget. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to budget planning.
Space Planning and Utilization: Collaborate with relevant teams for effective space planning and utilization. Optimize the layout of facilities to enhance operational efficiency.
Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and support sustainability initiatives within facilities, such as energy conservation and waste management programs.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory. Generate reports for management review and decision-making.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach. Provide guidance and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Technical Troubleshooting: Apply strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify and address facilities-related issues promptly.
