Plan, execute, and monitor BID Mobile App Development projects throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.

Experienced and skilled in using both Agile and Hybrid project implementation methodologies.

Define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop project plans, including task assignments, resource allocation, and timelines, and communicate project status updates to all stakeholders based on agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Take a lead role in orienting and supporting team members towards agile and hybrid approaches.

Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

Capable to Lead the team by setting an example as a team player.

Excellent communication skills (oral and writing).

Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Be a team player and take active part in developing modules along with the team members.

Capable of developing web applications using, JavaScript, HTML and CSS along with web development frameworks like JQuery, Bootstrap etc.

Capable of developing frontend applications with React, React Native Flutter technologies.

Perform task assigned by the Project execution team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong expertise in mobile development.

Relevant Professional Certification from industry recognized organization such as PMI or university.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Flutter.

Ability to utilize native mobile APIs to further expand the features of the app whenever applicable.

Additional backend programming languages skills is a plus.

Proven experience and solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Hybrid etc.

Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong analytical and problem solve.
