Purpose of Role

Executing creative floral designs that align with the defined product standards & exceed customer expectations.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the work. This includes selecting the freshest and highest quality flowers, ensuring proper handling and care, and executing arrangements with precision and attention to detail.

Brand Representation:

• Upholding the brand image and reputation. This involves adhering to brand collection design and consistently exceeding client expectations to reinforce the brand's commitment to excellence

Inventory Management:

• Minimising waste and costs.
• Working with the inventory team to minimise flower wastage by choosing the flowers based on FIFO

Timely Execution:

• Delivering floral arrangements within set time & quality.
• Effective time management, prioritisation of tasks, work efficiently without compromising quality or attention to detail.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work collaboratively with other team members, including product management & floral design and operations team.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, sharing knowledge and expertise, and supporting team members to achieve shared goals.

Personal Development

• Practise personal continuous improvement by attending any relevant courses & on the job training.
• Arrange a meeting with your line manager in accordance with the appraisal process

Education/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience Relevant and required to carry out the role

• High School Education
• Completion of education in design an/or florist education
• Good understanding of the English language
• Visual and Creative
• 1-3 years work experience as a florist
• Exposure to a multicultural environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
