Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assisting customers in ordering flowers via phone or in-person Offering customers suggestions on color schemes, flower arrangements, and design Cleaning, cutting, and watering flowers and foliage to maintain longevity Making traditional birthday flowers, wedding decorations and many more. Maintaining an inventory of flowers, plants, and gifts Maintaining the proper condition of decorative tools like wires, shapers, pins, and foam. Ensuring proper packing of bouquets and other items. Maintaining cleanliness of the display station

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in any field Knowledge of both fresh flowers and artificial flowers design techniques Excellent customer service skills and an artistic ability Basic know-how of flower arrangement An eye for detail and an innovative approach Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of basic computer skills Having a friendly personality Knowledge of arranging flowers and chocolates in Acrylic Box
