We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Florist to join our team. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of florists. You will have a deep understanding of various floral design techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful and unique floral creations.

Responsibilities:

Create and design exquisite floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations. Lead and supervise a team of florists, providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive work environment. Manage inventory and ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality flowers and supplies. Oversee the maintenance and care of floral equipment, tools, and workstations. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and styles in floral design. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with event planners, wedding coordinators, and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of floral designs. Manage budgets and pricing, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Florist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your floral design skills. In-depth knowledge of various floral design techniques, including bouquet arrangements, centerpieces, and installations. Excellent creativity and artistic ability, with an eye for color, texture, and composition. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques to ensure the longevity of floral arrangements. Proficiency in using floral design tools and equipment. Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours, especially during peak seasons. A passion for flowers and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
