you will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and you will use your creativity and expertise to bring their visions to life. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a love for flowers, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, holidays, and everyday occasions. Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and provide recommendations accordingly. Process and care for flowers and plants, ensuring they remain fresh and vibrant. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including displays, work areas, and storage. Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking flowers and supplies. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and payments in a professional and friendly manner. Stay up-to-date with floral design trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and offerings. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. Participate in shop events, promotions, and marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Creativity and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy arrangements, and perform repetitive tasks. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed. Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with event floral design, particularly weddings. Knowledge of floral care and handling best practices.
