Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team at a leading online gifting platform in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and a keen eye for detail to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and seasonal celebrations.

As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing, arranging, and maintaining high-quality floral products that delight our customers and align with our brand's luxurious and approachable personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces for various occasions.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants in the store.
• Consult with customers to understand their floral needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady stock of fresh flowers and materials.
• Collaborate with the team to package arrangements beautifully, adhering to our quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new floral design techniques.
• Assist in seasonal product launches and themed campaigns (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Birthdays, etc.).

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Strong creativity and a flair for design.
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, and arrangement techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and supplies.
• Familiarity with current floral trends in the UAE market is a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (formal training in floral design is a plus).
• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and supplies as needed.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
