Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Organize flowers, plants, and floral supplies in the work field
- Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral shop
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Ability to create visually appealing and unique floral designs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
