Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique, aesthetically pleasing floral products, including bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements.
• Stay updated with current trends in floral design, integrate them into new product offerings to meet evolving customer preferences.
• Organize and conduct photoshoots to produce high-quality images of floral products for marketing and sales purposes.
• Source high-quality flowers, foliage, and related supplies from trusted vendors, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and ensure accurate listing of all floral products on aggregator platforms.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of floral orders.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Proven experience as a florist or in floral product/category development.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong design skills with a keen eye for creating visually stunning floral arrangements.
• Proficiency in product photography and content creation is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
