:

• As a Florist at Reges Events, you will be responsible for bringing the beauty of fresh flowers and botanicals to our events and creating stunning floral arrangements that enhance the overall ambiance and visual appeal.

Your creativity, floral expertise, and attention to detail will play a vital role in making our events memorable and visually captivating.

•Responsibilities: •

Floral Design:

Conceptualization :

• Collaborate with designers, and mangment to understand their floral requirements, themes, and preferences.

Design Planning:

• Create floral design plans, including selecting appropriate flowers, greenery, and other decorative elements.

Flower Arrangements:

• Design and create a wide range of flower arrangements, including centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, and installations.

Color Coordination:

• Ensure that floral designs complement the overall event color schemes and themes.

Procurement and Inventory:

Floral Procurement:

• Source and select the freshest and highest-quality flowers and botanicals from suppliers and vendors.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain an organized inventory of floral supplies, ensuring that materials are in stock and readily available.

Preparation and Care:

Flower Preparation:

• Properly prepare flowers, including trimming stems, removing thorns, and conditioning blooms to ensure longevity.

Maintenance:

• Oversee the care and maintenance of floral arrangements before and during events to keep them fresh and vibrant.

Event Setup:

On-Site Installation:

• Coordinate the delivery and setup of floral arrangements at event venues. Ensure that floral designs are properly arranged and displayed.

Budget Management:

Budgeting:

• Work within budget constraints while selecting flowers and materials, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Client Interaction:

Consultation:

• Consult with the direct manager to discuss floral options, present design proposals, and guide floral selections.

Trends and Innovation:

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on current floral design trends, techniques, and emerging floral materials.

•Requirements: •

• Proven experience as a Florist, preferably in the events or floral design industry.
• Certification in Floral Design is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and floral design techniques.
• Creativity and a strong eye for color and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality floral arrangements.
• Physical stamina for lifting and arranging floral displays.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
