Professional Qualifications - A bachelors degree in e-commerce , digital marketing , business administration or a related field
2+ years of experience in the e-commerce/ customer service industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets and best customer service
Job Role
Develop and implement effective e -commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities .
Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms , including product listing, pricing and inventory management .
Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments , such as marketing .
Need to give good customer service and floral arrangement
