Job Title: Florist Assistant

About Us:

Gradient is a leading flower shop in Abu Dhabi, known for its beautiful floral arrangements and excellent customer service.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Florist Assistant to support our team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation of floral arrangements under the guidance of senior florists.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and shop.

- Help manage inventory and unpack new shipments of flowers and supplies.

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs.

- Prepare flowers for arrangements by cutting, conditioning, and arranging them.

- Deliver floral arrangements to clients as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a flower shop or similar environment is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of floral design and flower care.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Interest in floral design and willingness to learn.

- Certification in Floral Design or related field is a plus.
