Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and arranging floral displays for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday deliveries. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional floral arrangements that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Create beautiful floral arrangements for a variety of occasions (weddings, corporate events, holidays, etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service by helping clients choose the perfect flowers and designs
• Maintain a well-organized and clean workspace
• Ensure flowers and plants are properly cared for and maintained
• Manage flower inventory and order supplies as needed
• Keep up-to-date with the latest floral trends and design techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
• Strong creativity and artistic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
• Ability to lift and move heavy items when needed
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
