Job Description

We're seeking an experienced flooring expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various flooring materials and techniques, including acrylic, EPDM, and specialized painting works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain different types of flooring systems
• Apply acrylic and EPDM flooring solutions
• Perform specialized flooring painting works
• Assess substrate conditions and recommend appropriate flooring solutions
• Estimate material requirements and project timelines
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and residential flooring installation
• Proven expertise in acrylic and EPDM flooring applications
• Proficiency in flooring painting techniques
• Knowledge of substrate preparation and moisture mitigation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with epoxy flooring and polished concrete
• Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable flooring options
