Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Floor Warehouse Supervisor at Al Huzaifa Furniture. The Floor Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all functions are performed accurately and efficiently, monitoring inventory levels, implementing safety protocols, managing staff performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management and supervision
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software, such as SAP or Odoo
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Furniture or Home Furnishing Industry experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
