Exhibiting leadership ability
Training the staff on the establishments policies and procedures
Resolving customer complaints using conflict resolution skills
Monitoring the Administration work
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control and ordering.
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits. Analysing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
Candidate should be above 40 years of age
