Job Description
Join our team as a Floor Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing daily operations! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our floor team and contribute to the success of our establishment.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage floor staff
Ensure smooth operations during business hours
Monitor and maintain high service standards
Handle customer inquiries and concerns
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
Train and mentor floor staff
Conduct regular performance evaluations
Requirements:Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage operations
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
