We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Floor Manager to join our team at our medical center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing operations in a medical facility, with strong organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable handling reception tasks.

Position: Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Manage patient flow and enhance patient experience within the center
• Coordinate with medical staff to maintain high-quality service and adherence to protocols
• Perform receptionist duties, including patient check-ins, handling inquiries, and managing appointments
• Handle patient inquiries and assist with operational issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all areas

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a managerial role within a medical center, with receptionist experience preferred
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Other: Familiarity with medical center operations, regulations, and patient care standards
