Job Description
Floor Manager and Retail Supervisor for hypermarket Bachelor's degree holder Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales Strong customer service skills and a passion for sales Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a plus) Experience with retail software systems (preferred) Knowledge of visual merchandising principles (preferred) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team Can manage the showroom budget, develop sales strategies, and create marketing materials.
