As a Floor Manager your primary role is to oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience, effective team management, and adherence to service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Experience : Provide excellent customer service, address guest inquiries, and manage guest flow during peak times.
• Team Leadership : Supervise front-of-house staff, conduct training sessions, and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Operational Management : Oversee cleanliness and organization, manage stock levels, and assist in scheduling staff shifts.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure hygiene standards, conduct cleaning routines, and mitigate potential hazards.
• Sales & Revenue : Promote menu items, collaborate on in-house promotions, and control operational costs.
• Feedback & Improvement : Collect guest feedback and work on process improvements with management.
Requirements:
• Education : Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field.
• Experience : 2-3 years in F&B or hospitality, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Skills : Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with POS system proficiency.
• Other : Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
