Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Supervisor to join our team. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to problem-solve under pressure, and a keen understanding of logistics and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate fleet operations including scheduling, dispatching, and routing of vehicles.
• Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
• Supervise and support a team of drivers and maintenance staff.
• Track fleet expenses and prepare budget reports.
• Resolve operational issues and address customer concerns promptly.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices for fleet parts and supplies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor or similar role (1-3 years).
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
