Job Description

The Mobile Detailing Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of our mobile car wash and detailing fleet. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating service routes, maintaining quality control, and serving as the key point of contact between the field team and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, leadership, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of mobile detailing technicians. Optimize route planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Monitor fleet performance and ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained in excellent condition.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee daily dispatch operations and manage service requests from the mobile app. Ensure that all detailing services meet company quality standards. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fleet operations.

Team Leadership:

Train, mentor, and evaluate mobile detailing staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary liaison for customer inquiries and service issues. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Work with the support team to resolve scheduling conflicts or service disruptions.

Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain accurate records of service calls, fleet performance, and maintenance activities. Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics and customer satisfaction. Utilize data from the mobile app to improve operational efficiency.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Promote and enforce safe work practices among the fleet. Coordinate regular safety training sessions and emergency response drills.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in fleet management, mobile service operations, or a related field. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable. Experience with mobile app operations or on-demand service platforms is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for quick decision-making. Proficiency in using fleet management software and mobile scheduling apps. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
