Responsible for ensuring that dealership meets the fleet sales target and its objectives on a daily, monthly and annual basis, through planning, organizing and coordination with National Sales Manager - Fleet and achieving 100% customer satisfaction level.
To manage and support the sales teams, monitor, control and enhance fleet sales activities, thus increasing sales of Hyundai vehicles in the UAE.
Achieve 100% customer satisfaction HGCX (Hyundai Global Customer Satisfaction) as measured by the manufacturer.
Ensure compliance with all companyxe2x80x99s policy and procedure.
Manage the fleet sales team towards achieving their monthly/yearly target set by the Management.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers in his territory.
Ensure achieving all qualitative and quantitative targets set by the Management.
Have a clear understanding of competitors in respect of pricing, competitive offers and product launches according to the market.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
4-6 years of experience in the same field; preferably in the UAE market.
Good market knowledge in the automotive industry.
Leadership qualities and ability to manage and supervise a multi-cultural team.
Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment.
Ability to lead and motivate the team and strong work ethic.
Excellent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
