The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our fleet vehicles, ensuring exceptional service to our clients in the car rental industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their fleet requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the growth and success of our business. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve fleet sales targets and goals. - Identify potential corporate clients and conduct market research to understand their fleet requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients to secure profitable sales agreements. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality of fleet vehicles. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare and present sales reports - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sales follow-up.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry. - Strong understanding of fleet management and corporate sales processes. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office. - Fluency in English - A valid UAE driving license.
